Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. The shipping time shown at checkout refers to how long the package will take to arrive after it has been shipped, not including the 2–3 day processing time.

Sustainability

Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made with soy wax, a renewable, biodegradable, and clean-burning alternative to paraffin. Each candle is poured into recyclable glass jars with metal lids, both of which are designed to be reused or repurposed after use.

What about your packaging?
We pack all orders using biodegradable packing peanuts and recyclable materials to minimize waste. We avoid plastic fillers and aim to keep our environmental impact as low as possible.

Return Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
